ONE STATEMENT HOME CAMPAIGN

Residential developer Dartmouth Capital Advisors required a new advertising campaign to launch the latest show apartment at their new prime residential scheme, 100 Sydney Street, in London. In February 2020, we originated campaign - One Statement Home. One Hundred Possibilities – to reinforce the highly desirable real estate and iconic Chelsea lifestyle.

Given the constraints during the Covid-19 lockdown, we art directed and commissioned CGI artists at The Boundary to create standout imagery for the new show apartment that reflected our bold campaign and the interiors by CM Design. Appealing to HNW international homebuyers and investors our creative launched in September 2020, running across print and digital in FT House & Home, FT How to Spend It, New York Times and The Economist.
